PROCESSING TIMES

Processing times vary depending on the item ordered. Some products are made to order or fulfilled by one of our trusted fulfillment partners and may require additional processing time before shipment.

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method, destination, and fulfillment provider. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please note that processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Because Kinda Chic Boutique offers products from multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

DELAYS

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit delays are outside of our direct control, but we’ll be happy to help when possible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting the carrier.

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us and we will assist you with the next available steps.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products do not require shipping. Eligible digital purchases are delivered electronically according to the instructions provided at checkout or after purchase.
